鋼雕壓花輥刀定制模具
輥刀模可用于三工位、五工位、七工位以及十八工位的模切機。適用于塑料薄膜、紡織品、紙、皮革金屬箔、玻璃等材料的切割成型。
通常使用不銹鋼管、碳鋼管、合金鋼管制作軸身，利用激光雕刻，CNC雕刻，蝕刻技術在輥軸上雕刻出相應切割紋路，并在表面鍍鉻，特氟龍，碳化鎢等。
本公司產品解決了行業三大痛點：首先是高硬度，一般輥刀模最高硬度不超過68，而我們的模具硬度可達70。其次，解決了吸廢難題，其余廠商的刀模也可以自動吸廢，但是由于刀鋒角度不合理，對模具本身使用壽命產生很大影響，而我們通過調整軸距以及刀鋒角度，使模具自動排廢更順暢。最后，本公司生產的模具切割金屬材質時更加平整光滑。
